This policy covers the FUTwin extension for the EA FC Web App and the futwin.net website. FUTwin is an independent project and is not affiliated with Electronic Arts.

Data in your browser

The extension saves in your browser: keyboard shortcuts, language, theme, AUTO settings, the license key and its status, saved notes and search profiles, statistics for the current day and the log of the last AUTO session.

Settings may be synced by Google Chrome between your devices, according to your browser settings. The license key stays on this device only.

Working in the EA FC Web App

For the shortcuts and AUTO mode to work, FUTwin reads the Web App view: search results, prices, the purchase result and the coin balance. This data stays in the browser and is not sent to FUTwin. The extension does not read EA account passwords, cookies or browsing history.

License check

FUTwin sends the license key and the extension version to the license server to check access to Premium. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS. The server also processes the IP address to handle the connection and protect against abuse. Data about the license status, its validity and its checks are stored. Clearing the license in the extension removes its local copy but does not delete the data on the server.

Payments and sending the key

You buy Premium on Stripe's payment page. Card, BLIK and other payment details are processed by Stripe and never reach FUTwin. From Stripe we receive the e-mail address, the amount, the date and the payment status. We use them to send the license key by e-mail through Gmail and to answer questions or complaints.

The futwin.net website

The website uses no analytics, no ads and no cookies of its own. It remembers the language you chose in your browser's storage, so the code page after payment opens in that language. The link to the Facebook group opens Facebook, which has its own privacy rules.

Recipients of data

Data are processed on our behalf or as separate controllers by: the provider of the server running the website and the license server; Cloudflare, through which traffic to the website and the license server passes (IP address and technical connection data); Stripe (payments); Google (settings sync in Chrome and Gmail). We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep data

Data in the browser: until you delete them in FUTwin or uninstall the extension.

License data: for the validity of the license, and then until you ask for them to be deleted.

Order data: for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Server error logs, which may contain the IP address: 14 days. The server keeps no logs of website visits or of requests to the license server.

Your rights

We process data to perform the contract (Premium license), to meet legal obligations (accounting) and in our legitimate interest (server security and protection against abuse).

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Changes

We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The current version is always at this address.
